What's this movie called: high school kids who travel west on a school trip; may be

from the 1990s, idk.? So I'm trying to remember the name of this movie for MONTHS now. These kids go west on a field trip, I don't know if it's on the Oregon Trail or what. Potentially is a Disney movie, however I'm not too sure. I am pretty sure it's from the early to mid 1990s, or very late 1980s, but I'm leaning towards the 1990s. I can't remember much of the plot, other than that they actually travel in wagons, &c. Any help appreciated! Thanks!
