Fix google android 7" netbook tablet youtube application and android market?

I bought this tablet on ebay, and I overall happy with it, however the android market cart is in Chinese, and I can not watch youtube videos. The application is not pre installed, so I thought going through the market, but I cannot understand the writing.

I also went to the mobile youtube website, and cannot download the application from there.

Basically, I can watch videos in my sd card, but not on the internet.

Does anyone knows what is wrong? How can I fix it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Maybe the android tablet is based on a lower level chipset that can not support flash. That is why you can watch video of the video website.
