My BlueRay player needs a firmware update. But it needs to be connected...

...to the internet. How can I do this? I have wireless internet thoughout my house and a laptop that has wifi. Is there anyway of connecting the laptop to the blueray player to use its internet. Thus using the laptop as a modem?

    Opinions please
