Jul 1, 2010 #2 R robertw Member May 13, 2008 186 0 16 I know this is a dumb answer, but after the previews theres a menu that is sometimes hard to see and you have to select play. Only other thing is that the dvd could be the wrong region code for the dvd player and somehow the previews are region free.
