Amino Acids. Especially Arginine and lycene. I heard Glutamine helps, too. Amino Acids in general. BTW, did you know chocolate is an excellent source of arginine? :P
whey protein, creatine is NOT bad for you its in our body naturally.... all you gotta do is stick to a one month on and one month off creatine cycle
