How to learn how to stream local TV networks from NYC and all U.S. cable

stations of the internet? or Satellite TV stations from the internet from the U.S.A. How make URLs for local TV stations and cable stations to watch online. And do it for real stream live tv without streaming nothing but news and weather all day and night. Please help.
 
Broadcasting network television to a public address is also very, very illegal, by the way.
 
Not sure what you are asking, how to watch streaming tv or produce it. You can buy a tv tuning card for a PC, but if you want to learn broadcasting I doubt anyone can teach you that in a few minutes.
