How do I get Xvid codec to show up in adobe after effects cs5?

I have recently upgraded from adobe after effects cs4 to cs5 and the rendering options are a little different. When you choose to compress the video using a specified codec from a list, my usual codec Xvid no longer shows up. The 2 previous versions of after effects (cs3 and cs4) had Xvid showing up in the codec list as an available compressor, but cs5 doesn't have it!! I have tried reinstalling both applications and nothing works. How can I get Xvid to show up in after effects? Please help me.

The only thing I can suggest is to render lossless from AE, and use something else to do the encoding, like adobe media encoder, etc.

render lossless in AE CS5.5, then use XviD MiniConvert (it's an application available when u install XviD codec)
