When does the Canada post mail truck leave the post office?

I send something via Priority mail next a.m Friday at 3 p.mI was told that the letter will be delivered Monday before noon.However it didn't happen.I checked the tracking number and the item has been scanned only at the post office when i sent it and that's all.
Since i sent it Friday afternoon,do u think that i should wait before call Canada Post? Do you maybe know at what time the mail is been collected from the local post offices?

They may mean 'business days' (weekend may not count). Regardless, it should have been delivered by Monday noon. Ours leaves at 4 p.m. Call them.
