How do I unlock my IPhone 3G 3.1.3 Version?

I tried every possible way... It wouldn't work?
I have a T-mobile sim card..?
Anyway to make it work for IPhone?
I tried Unlocking and Jailbreaking it but it didn't work and it just froze it .
