only 6 months old, no firmware? Isn't there firmware updates available? Who is the manufacturer, maybe I can check them?
Add'l details. I did go to the HP site for downloads. The firmware update they say they have is not there: File Not Found.
Also, online chat support told me to do the download. I told them to try themselves it did not work. they told me to wait a few moments as there might be something wrong with the site, did not work last night. the file is not there and I can't get HP's attention
