I've just started to get back in the gym, my workout schedule at the moment is..Monday: arms/shoulders/cardio, Wednesday: chest/tris/cardio, Friday: back/abs/cardio

I eat well for the most part (but I'm 17 so i enjoy myself every once and awhile) and im very active, it just seems like i'm not getting the most out of it all

any suggestions are helpful, thanks
im sorry i left that out..i'm not over weight by any means, i'm 150 lbs at the moment and i have a decent build going, ive been in the gym since 8th grade I stopped for about a year now and im just getting back into the groove
