LG8100 answer me pleasee!?

okay, so my phone randomly frozze and WILL NOT do anything besides show the white screen with green telus written across it.. im after trying to charge it and takeing the battery out and everything andn othing will work.. can somebody please please help me. Me and my boyfriend are on some ' couples plan ' with Telus Mobile.. It has a 3 year contract so what can Telus do.. I never dropped it or got it wet or anything. it just stays white forever.HELPHELPHELP!!

I really hate to tell you but if the phone does not come alive after taking the batt out and trying to restart it, the phone might be shot. The wireless phone company may have some kind of replacement program, otherwise you'll just need to get another phone...
