LG Rumor Touch (Virgin Mobile) can't download and see attachments?

I tried sending myself ringtones from many sites, but the phone just shows a blank page with no downloadable links but I can hear the ringtone I made and sent to my phone. It seems the phone can't download anything! and also just states "Attachment can't be displayed" when I attach ringtones in emails to my phone. Anyone have the same problems and are able to fix it?

1) Double-check that your phone is connected to the internet. Try opening your web browser and going to Google.com

2) Try using a different email service. Gmail is well renown and should pose no problems.

3) Perhaps your phone does not recognise the format of the ringtone. Research what formats your phone supports and change your ringtone accordingly.

Unless you have model 5 or 7 you cant download ringtones unless you buy them from VM. Model 8 is blocked from pc downloads. 5 and 7 can download thru your pc
