im 12 turning 13 in 3 months im in seventh grade i only go out like maybe twice a week with my friends like to parks and movies etc and im thinking should i get a a text phone on my birthday or should i wait till my 14th b day when school is over i will be going to wonderland like maybe 3 times in a month do you think i need a cell phone i usally use my brothers but he is going away to college soon
