They are also not new. They are used and repackaged. It is easy to seal new plastic.

They create the seals themselves, which is not hard and download and burn the films from illegal websites.If you want to sell dvd's go for it. People selling illegal copies may not get caught every day but they will get caught eventually. It's not really worth the risk
