I'm 16, 5'4, and 118 lbs. I'm okay with my wieght but I'm ready to tone my lower body. I KNOW THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT TRAINING, but I know if I work the lower body the muscles there will get conditioned more. This summer I really want to work hard to get my thighs, lower belly and butt in better shape!!

I'm thinking about going to the gym 2-3 times a week with a friend and walk/running around for maybe 30 or 40 minutes. But what should I do in between. I've been doing the Leg Magic almost every night for the past few weeks and it's still challenging so I want to stick with it. And with that I do a 20 minute 1 mile walk thing that uses weights(and I use heavier ones on some exercises) and it really works up a sweat for me.

Still anymore suggestions on how to work my lower body? (squats and lunges are included in the Leg Magic workout.)
