My motorola Rokr won't turn on!! Please help!?

I recently bought a rokr a few weeks ago..I shut it off for not even an hour and it won't power back up..it just comes to the motorola symbol and stays lit up. I have tried charging it, even though it had a full charge when I shut it down. I have also tried taking the battery out but still no luck...any advice???

Take it back to the dealer or if you bought it some where else contact them maybe that is why they sold it.

Wondering if you got a solution to it. I have the same problem and i have had mine for a year and a half. no warranty left on it.

this must be a common problem with this phone. this is exactly what happened to me a few days ago. i would like to at least remove personal info from the phone before sending it back to the company

The same this happened to my Motorola,, no solutions? I bought it from Metro pcs.. there phones always break and ive been scammed multiple times by buying there shitty phones.. where did the majority of you buy your phone?? if you have a solution please post plz

i bought mine at us cellular. i've had it 2.5 years and this just happened...

the tech at us cellular told me. theres a defect in this phone when the memory is near full it crashes, and its not fixable. i always hope to find some hidden secret somewhere to get it to work, id be glad to erase some things to save other things. but so far no luck. they cant even grab information off of it.
