what the hell could that be? i just added some motor cleaner to the oil and the injectors and all the sudden i get this noise?

They make a noticable sound when priming before you start, but no way you should hear it going down the road. Id say the pump is going out

that would be your fuel pump. they usually make a whirring or whining noise. its supposed to do that
