How do I convert onstar to bluetooth?

I would like to convert my Onstar system in my 2006 Buick Rendezvous to be used via bluetooth connection with my cell phone. I know it can be done with BlueStar. 9.00 I'm just wondering is this the only option or has anyone found anything cheaper? I don't want an aftermarket stereo or a bluetooth kit I have to attach to my dash or sunvisor. I want to use my existing factory radio and onstar controls. Please help.

A good way to get a bluetooth is to eat a blackberry.
