Hi, my fiance an I are planning to get married soon. I'm in San Diego, and she's from Thailand. She was here in 7 months ago using a tourist Visa, and stayed up until Feb. I'm trying to get her back here just for a 2 week vacation, but she said theres a 6month wait after her last month here before she can come back. Is this true? If it is, is there any loopholes we can take? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
