but have run into them previously before but never talked to her and when you finally talk to her and say, "I've noticed you around alot lately" Are you into her? Yes or no?
No. but who knows, when you become more acquianted and you know more each other every time you bump each other.... possible to be into her, maybe, a bit interested..
