If you want torrent files, then there are many places, but thepiratebay.org and isohunt.com are probably the most popular.

The safest and easy st way to download a torrent program is Cnet.com

You have three main choices.

1. Bit torrent
2. U torrent
3. misc shit.

My fav is bit torrent.

Next you will need Winrar seeing as how most torrent are condensed to a smaller form so make sure you go back to Cnet.com and download Winrar.

Both Bit torrent and Winrar are free software applications.
