Cheapest camera??

I need the cheapest camera on the internet that has a USB cable to come along with it.I only have 60 dollars=]

Wait. If you wait and save about $50.00 more, you'll be able to get a much better camera. Just about any camera you get for $60.00 is going to have low resolution, short battery life, no zoom and few shooting modes (if any). You are much better off waiting and saving. If you can't. There are a variety of cheap cameras out there and it won't matter which one you get. The only other option is to buy used, which I do not recommend.
