Hello
I am extremely interested in buying an htc hd2 but i live in Canada. I have been told that the australian version from telstra will work on the rogers 3g network. Can anyone confirm this for me? I want to be 100% sure before i spend money on this phone.

thank you for any information

It would depend on where you are living, but generally speaking yes. This is because the Australian version has 850/2100 3g, while rogers 3g is 850/1900. This means it will only work if rogers has 850 service in your area, which, generally speaking, they do. You may want to contact rogers though.

It would depend on where you are living. If your location is good rogers network coverage area and your phone is free from network lock means definitely you will be able to use Rogers network on your phone.Locked by specific network, you will need to unlock your phone. For unlocking you can approach your service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service provider like SuperUnlockCodes.com
