HOMEMADE ICE CREAM from http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1613,...249196,00.html 6 eggs1 3/4 c. sugar2 qts. half and half2 tsp. vanillaBeat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Pour in half and half and vanilla and stir well. Pour mixture into homemade ice cream freezer. Fill container to fill line with milk. (I sometimes add 1 cup Bailey's Irish cream to the mixture for a wonderful dessert.)
