Did Rev. Jeremiah Wright's comments kill Obama's campaign?

I certainly hope so. I find Obama's lame, belated "denouncement" laughable. Don't tell me Obama doesn't emulate this man. Wright (I think the title Rev. is much too good for him) officiated at Obama's wedding; he baptised Obama's kids. Obama has attended his church for 20 years, and was certainly present when sermons like the one mentioned in the news, where Wright says "....God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people." were presented. Yes......I'm switching my vote to McCain. I simply can't support Obama anymore.....the people that candidates are around DO MATTER - and I cannot believe that this pastor is someone Obama would consider a "spiritual advisor". Unbelievable!
