Is this girl interested in me at all or is she just a flirt?

OK, so this girl (let's just call her 'Angie') and I work at a supermarket. She and I work in two different departments: I'm up front bagging groceries and stalking the shelves while she works at the Starbucks in the supermarket (it's a pretty big supermarket by the way). Every so often we say "hi" and talk a little. A few days ago, Angie and I were sitting together at this service training seminar and we started talking and joking a little; I find out that we're the same age (23); we get to know each other a little bit, but nothing much. The next day Angie and I had work together, we were in the break room together with a few other people and we were all talking about non-work related stuff (clubbing/going to bars, family stories, childhood stories, etc.). Later on, I was bagging someone's groceries and out of nowhere, Angie comes up behind me and jokingly pulls on my working apron and then I turn around and she runs off like nothing happened. We haven't talked since. She seems like a flirt, but I'm not sure.
