I know the Morotola cliq is specifically for t-mobile but i was wondering if there was a way to flash or jailbreak or whatever it to at&t.

Greetings....Its neither flashing nor jailbreak.. you have to unlock your handset in order to accept other carrier.. you can unlock it using unlock code that can be purchased from any commercial vendors online like Unlocking4U.com Hope this helps.
