I was trying to watch a DivX movie online but it did not work and prompted me to download a newer version of DivX web player plugin. I downloaded the update for the DivX web player plugin, installed it and then restarted Mozilla. I returned to the site and tried again to watch the movie and once again it did not work and prompted me, once again, to download the newer version so I re-downloaded it and it still didn't work. What do I do and how do I fix this problem? Thanks
lugins in the address bar to see if the plugin is installed. also try to install the plugin using administrator account. hope it helps.
