Can you convert a Divx file to an H.264 MP4 file and keep the subtitles turned on?

I want to convert some Divx movie files with subtitles into H.264 MP4 files for use with iTunes. I was wondering if there was any way to keep the subtitles turned on so that the MP4 will contain subtitles?

I am using Moyea video converter if it helps.
