Divx player plus problem?!?

I upgraded yesterday to Divx plus as it prompted me for an update but now the web player doesnt seem to work. Rather than before where it saved a .divx file it is now saving a .ddat .dinfo & .dmsk file. Can someone explain to me what has happened since the upgrade? Should I revert back to using the divx player not the divx plus player?

does the file work when its saving it to .ddat .dinfo & .dmsk file. if it works there no big problem

but if you want you can just go back to the old divx player
