Hello, I am seeking information about what I need to do to be able to ride a motorcycle or a sport bike in the state of new york.Informations such as cost of insurance,the cost of lessons and how long does it take to be able to ride one? Also which sport bike is the best for new riders? Used or New bikes? I wanna use a sport bike as a transportation device to travel to school and other various places.
