Okay, so i recentally got a bluetooth, paired it with my ps3 blah blah.
These are my questions:

1) how do you talk to your friends and stuff?
2) do you have to be playing the same game to talk to someone?
3) do you have to be playing a game at all?

4)How does the whole talking to your friends thing work?

I've never used something like this before
