I want to know how to pair my bluetooth...?

ok yea some come with a manual but this one wasn't as clear.
All it said was to put it in standby mode and I don't know what or how standby mode looks like on this bluetooth.
It is a Blueaction BAE-828C Bluetooth Headset.
It's really small and its black with a little bit of silver. (some sell with gold.)
and it only has one button. Which so far turns it on and off. (you can tell when its on)
It isn't currently connected with any other devices in this house so that can't be the issue either.
