32" TV or Nokia Phone?

I have $400 that i recently received for my birthday.
I have two choices.
To either buy a 32" TV in which my mum will put some money toward.
Or either buy a Nokia 5730 XpressMusic Mobile off my mum (because she recently received it from optus and she doesnt want it)

Help me out here, something is telling me to get the phone. But I'm also thinking the TV.

Make the decision for me please.
