Turn off a SONY STEREO SHUFFLE MODE!?

I own a sony mini hi-fi component system mhc- gx250. The shuffle mode has been on for 3 years and i can not seem to turn if off. theres no shuffle button on the remote or stereo pllllllease help! i LOST THE MANUAL too years ago

if anyone stumbles upon this page a year later like I just did, you can turn off shuffle by pressing the "play mode" button.

theres no play mode... same problem here
