You can use it on TELUS if it's 3G (2G won't work) AND unlocked. You will also have to switch your plan to the HSPA network and get data as well.

Hi sure you can use the iphone with telus sim only after unlocking it from rogers network lock ..You can easily unlock it through providers like ProUnlocking.com they are rendering remote unlocking service to unlock all model iphone from network lock permanently .After unlocking it you can freely use it with any GSM sim without any issues ....
