How can i unlock my iPhone on the 3.1.3 software?

So I used blackra1in to unlock my iPhone when I had the old software (3.1.1 and 3.1.2) but I made the mistake of updating the software and know it's locked. Any way I can "downgrade" or unlock with the new software? For free!
