19 yr old girl, 55kg self conscious about my body shape
Muscular and toned upper body especially upper arms, however forearms quite thin and out of propertion to upper arms.
Torso, shoulders and upper back WIDE. (how can i change that??)
Lower legs muscular and lean in comparison to thighs which are thin compared to other women.

Not much physical activity however past few years have taken part in a lot of walking, dancing (cardio) but recently stopped as i'm trying to gain a nice, overally non-muscular body shape, with some fat please!


Please help me. What can I do and eat i would like to get rid of my muscly upper arms and lower legs they are what annoy me the most!!
