I was looking at a car that comes stock with 17 inch rims i want to know how to be able to fit 19s or 20s

How can you put bigger rims on a car ?

What kind of car? With stock suspension you should be able to fit 18s no problem and probably 19s.. If it's lowered that's a different story.
