Can I put an Optus sim in a Nokia E63 that's locked to the Virgin mobile network?

I like this phone and its features, my work said that if i bout the phone (from virgin for $199) they would pay for all the calls, texts, etc... as long as i used my existing optus sim that they have supplied with the phones we already have.

i read online that Virgin uses the Optus network and it should work but i just want to make sure that it works with this exact model...

is this possible?

i am not sure whether virgin uses optus or not. but if it is a locked phone you need to unlock it to use it with other network. you can unlock it using codes. codes is the best and simple way to unlock any phone. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from other online providers. after getting the codes you can look up for the unlocking instructions from Mobileunlockguide.com
