I use a Jawbone II headset. It has background noise cancellation and the clarity is really good. There are a couple colors to choose from. Here's a link to Amazon.
I want to get one for my bf for his birthday, he said he had one before but the background noise was too much, What is the best one out there with clear sound and good battery life, he uses his phone a ton!!
