All my torrents are "queued" and won't seed/download unless forced. What's up?

I have set the max amount of torrents high enough and my internet connection is fine. Why aren't they working?

Are the torrents actually trying to connect - is there any activity in on the peers tab for the torrents etc
A schedule might be stopping them? Might be worth having a play with the scheduler (assuming your torrent client has one) and try setting it to always max download/upload speed see if that helps.
