I have been a Rogers customer for last 10 years, and have been somewhat happy from time to time, until recently. In the past 3 months every bill I was getting was over by $100+ so every month i would get on the phone and try to rectify the mistake, spend 1-2 hours on the phone, speak to numerous customer service reps in order to fix my bill.

At the end of December I got fed up and started looking for another provider. I just didnt feel like wasting my time every month was something I enjoyed doing.

So the search begun...

Oh yes, I have looked at several different providers, and as you probably know in Canada there is not a whole lot to choose from.


In anyways, I have made an attempt with Bell, as well as Telus. None of the plans were satisfactory to me as I was planning on keeping this phone as a home phone as well as cell.

I wanted to have a lot of minutes, not to worry about overcharges as well as good internet package for my blackberry.
