Sony Ericsson c903 icons?

Could someone tell me how to change the icons --->(When you press the middle button of the D-Pad, it takes u to a screen with Camera, Media, Settings, Messaging, Contacts etc.) Because they make the phone look old =/ Also if there was a place where i could download some icons it would be great
