I'm afraid you can't really get them onto the computer without bluetooth or a cable... Unless, you uploaded them onto a website. Eg. Myspace... And saved them from there when you got onto the computer. You can always go and try buying the appropriate transfer cable for your phone - that'd be the easiest option.

Buy a data cable or pay your internet fee to upload them somewhere.

Or send them to a friends phone who has unlimited internet or a data cable for their phone and have them get the pics off for you.
