On my downloading their is 0 seeders and peers but in the bracket it says 994 seeders which probaly means 0 out of 994 people are seeding how can i change this?

Bittorrent help theirs 0 seeders and 0 peers and a red bar how can i change it?

You can try stopping then restarting your download.. Also check your internet connection
