in Winnipeg Manitoba? I'm looking at getting a cell, but don't know who to go with. I've been told Rogers is great. that MTS is great and also sucks, but shares their towers with Virgin. this has been proven, therefore the same reception for both. who to choose, I'm mostly staying in Manitoba
also the ordeal with which plan: prepaid might be best, o I can just load up the phone and then run it dry. I haven't had a cell before, so I doubt I'll use it so much that I'll need a big-saving plan for.
decision thus far: I think I'm going with I'm going with Virgin's Prepaid plan. or maybe one of their cheap $20 ones. they don't have ANY extra fees
