I really want to learn to cook. I find myself watching a lot of FoodTV as of late and salivating over the delicious meals they put together. I can cook very basic stuff... If I had to make a menu with all of my culinary capabilities it would probably include 4 items... that's it! I live in Japan and I love sushi so thankfully eating out every day is a healthy option.
It seems that every cook book I can find nearby includes recipes with 9302852 ingredients. Of course there is usually 3 or 4 ingredients I can't find since I live over seas. I'm looking for a Website, Book, Online Course, SOMETHING that shows me how to make delicious meals. I'm not a chef, so nothing too difficult, but I want to make something besides grilled cheese.
