Which home theater in a box is better? The LG LHB953 or the Panasonic SC-BT300?

I have been looking at the below HTiB and wanted to get some opinions. Thoughts and comments much appreciated. Happy holidays!

i've been doing a lot of looking at the HTIB and LG is a good make but not awesome for surround sound i'd go with the panasonic because LG isnt really a great HTIB and panasonic is a good make. i hope my stupidy helped you . good luck
